Ultrasonic cavitation intensity and the physical and chemical properties of the liquid and the acoustic parameters relevant. Specifically including the following aspects:

Ultrasonic intensity

Ultrasonic intensity refers to ultrasound power per unit area, generating cavitation magnitude of the ultrasonic intensity. for liquid increases general strength of ultrasonic waves, cavitation intensity increases, but reaches a certain value, cavitation will become saturated, this time to increase the strength of ultrasonic waves will produce a lot of unwanted bubbles, thereby increasing the scattering attenuation, reducing the cavitation intensity.

Ultrasonic frequency

The lower the ultrasonic frequency, the easier it is to produce cavitation in the liquid. That is to cause cavitation, the higher the frequency, the greater the need for sound intensity. For example, to produce cavitation in the water, the ultrasonic frequency at 40 kHz require more power than the 10 kHz at 10 times that cavitation is with increasing frequency to decrease. Frequency range commonly used in 20-40 kHz.

Surface tension and viscosity coefficient of the liquid.

The surface tension of the liquid, the higher the cavitation intensity, the more difficult to generate cavitation. Viscosity coefficient of the liquid is difficult to generate cavitation bubbles, and the propagation loss is large, and therefore also difficult to produce cavitation.

Temperature of the liquid.

The higher the temperature of the liquid, cavitation generated more favorable, but not absolute, because when the temperature is too high, the vapor pressure of the bubbles is increased, thus enhancing the cushioning effect when closed leaving the cavitation bubbles weakened.

Altrasonic equipment focused on the r&d of high power ultrasound applications, Altrasonic has absolute leading core technology, the most stable and mature manufacturing technology, rich experience, can provide direct ultrasonic application scheme demonstrate, structure design, system configuration and related parts production.
Altrasonic equipment cooperated with the key graphene manufacturers, applied the ultrasound equipment in graphene preparation process of industrialization firstly, and make the ultrasonic be a good supporting to the large-scale preparation of the high quality and low cost graphene materials.
